The internal Google Ads tool
- What it accesses. Campaign, keyword, ad, asset, and performance data of Google Ads accounts that are Digital Advocates-owned or have explicitly authorized us, under the Digital Advocates manager account, through the Google Ads API.
- Authorization. Access is granted by the account owner through Google's OAuth consent. Each authorization can be reviewed or revoked at any time in the Google account's permissions settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions).
- Who uses it. Authorized Digital Advocates operators only, on those accounts. The tool is private: it is not offered to third parties and we do not sell or resell API access or data.
- Where data lives. Access tokens and reports are stored on systems controlled by Digital Advocates and are not sold, shared, or transferred to anyone else, except as required by law.
- What it is for. Managing and monitoring those accounts: campaign maintenance and bulk operations, reporting and conversion measurement, and policy/compliance monitoring. It is not used for advertising to you, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to managing the accounts.
- Google's rules. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions.
- Retention. Tokens are kept only while an authorization is active; reports are kept as long as they are needed to manage the account and then deleted.
